Slow Your Flow: Beginner Yoga Class

April 11 @ 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Led by Kate Matthews, Instructor at Greensboro Power Yoga

Slow Your Flow is a slower-paced version of their signature yoga class, Power Flow. Both styles are an invigorating and flowing form of yoga that will relax your mind while toning your body. There will be fewer repetitions of poses to allow for longer holds, and a more restorative yoga practice. Registration is required!

Call 336-275-6090 or email Info@WomensCenterGSO.org with your name, phone number and title of workshop to secure your seat!  If you register, and are unable to attend, please let us know!  Arrive on time for all workshops- late arrivals are disruptive and you will miss important information.
