NC Tenant’s Rights

NC Tenant’s Rights | Tuesday, June 16 | 3pm-4pm | Led by Legal Aid of NC

This workshop will cover tenants’ rights information in North Carolina. Attendees can expect to gain an understanding of the general eviction process (from initial late notices to court case filings), fees landlords are allowed to charge (i.e., late fees), and remedies for tenants when a landlord breaches contract (i.e., unaddressed conditions issues in the property). A Legal Aid attorney will be present to answer general questions after the presentation.
